Provided technical consulting and support for the retail and operational systems of a multinational company, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. I resolved system issues using ServiceNow, and supported POS systems integrated with Datalogic scanners, Hobart, and Bizerba scales to improve the in-store shopping experience. I also contributed to the in-house development and cloud deployment of the POS system, helping create a scalable and efficient retail infrastructure. In addition, I handled software installation and ongoing support, working closely with store managers and associates across various systems to ensure business continuity.

Led full-cycle development of the Flutter mobile app that powers their main product, a booking and reservation platform. Designed and implemented the UI/UX using Figma, and developed features like real-time availability, booking management, and user-friendly scheduling. Supported cloud deployment to ensure scalability and reliability. Worked closely with product, QA, and backend teams to deliver a polished and intuitive app experience now used by customers on mobile.

Developed the iOS mobile application for the company’s cannabis e-commerce and delivery platform. Designed the entire user experience using Figma, focusing on intuitive product browsing, cart management, and secure checkout. Collaborated with internal stakeholders and a third-party backend vendor to ensure seamless integration between the app and the web store. Delivered a fully functional, App Store application aligned with strict industry regulations and customer expectations.

Developed internal mobile applications for Manulife using both Flutter and native iOS to support enterprise tools across iOS and Android. Designed key product experiences and MVPs in Figma to enable rapid testing and early feedback while minimizing development costs. Built a reusable design system that improved consistency and accelerated the team's development workflow. Managed enterprise-level iOS deployment, including certificate handling, bundle ID setup, and provisioning profiles. Provided continued support for existing applications and internal tools, including maintaining the event registration system. Also led technical brownbag sessions on Flutter, UI systems, and animation-driven user experiences, while collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and engineering leads in a fast-paced agile environment.
